Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Samesq Productions website and your engagement of our event management, wedding planning, and related services in India. By submitting an enquiry or signing a proposal, you agree to these terms.
Services
Samesq Productions provides planning, coordination, design, and production services as described in your signed proposal or contract. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in that document and take precedence over general website content.
Bookings & Payments
Dates are confirmed upon receipt of an agreed proposal and deposit unless otherwise stated in writing. Instalment schedules and payment methods will be specified in your contract. Late payments may delay vendor bookings or on-site services.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and postponement terms, including forfeiture of deposits and third-party vendor charges, are set out in your individual agreement. Many vendors in the events industry require non-refundable deposits; those costs may be passed through to the client.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely decisions, accurate guest counts, venue access, and necessary permits. You are responsible for obtaining any licenses, insurance, or approvals required by the venue or local authorities unless explicitly included in our scope.
Third-Party Vendors
We work with independent caterers, venues, entertainers, and other suppliers. While we coordinate these partners, their direct contractual obligations are as stated in your proposal; we are not liable for acts or failures of third parties beyond our duty of reasonable coordination.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid to Samesq Productions for the specific event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure due to events beyond reasonable control, including government restrictions, natural disasters, strikes, or venue closures. We will work in good faith to reschedule or adjust plans where possible.
Intellectual Property
Our creative concepts, designs, and marketing materials remain our property unless otherwise agreed. You may not reproduce our proposals or branding without written consent. Event photographs and videos may be used in our portfolio and marketing unless you opt out in writing before the event.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, Delhi.
